We are looking for a Software Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. You will be part of a dynamic team, building integration solutions that connect systems and add real business value. Youll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, helping to design, implement, and maintain reliable APIs and seamless third-party integrations.
As a Software Engineer (m/f/d) you will work in our modern office in Lisbon and also have the opportunity to work remotely several days a week.
Your responsibilities as a Software Engineer (m/f/d):
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integration solutions
- Implement connections to third-party systems and cloud services
- Advise clients and internal stakeholders on API usage and integration strategies
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX teams
- Document APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger) and integration flows
What you need to succeed as a Software Engineer (m/f/d) at Thorit:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent training
- 23 years of professional experience in software development
- Proficient in at least one modern programming language (e.g. Java, Python, Node.js)
- Experience with API design and integration patterns
- Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps workflows
- Strong communication skills and team player mindset
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
