Enterprise Transformation (ET) is a rapidly growing department responsible for new Enterprise Products, Data Science, Operations and Support for the Enterprise Products in our portfolio, and a Centre of Excellence that aims to make it easier, faster and better to architect, build and test software.

Job Responsibilities:

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code that can be applied across multiple projects.
• Follow SOLID principles and best practices for high-quality, scalable software.
• Continuously learn from and collaborate with colleagues to stay current with new technologies.
• Assist team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative environment.
• Work closely with product teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and avoid "inside-out" thinking.
• Deliver well-tested software, covering both common use cases and edge cases.
• Solve complex problems with practical, innovative solutions.
• Break down projects into iterative releases, delivering MVPs quickly and adding features later.
• Focus on creating user-friendly experiences that improve everyday work.
• Take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality results.
• Seek clarification and alignment when needed, ensuring shared understanding across teams.
• Prototype with mock data to test solutions before production data access.
• Balance speed, simplicity, and reusability in your code.

You have a broad experience with many of the technologies in the list below, but we do not expect you to have experience with all of these:

• BE language: Java

• NoSQL database: MongoDB
• Event Streaming: Confluent Kafka, K streams
• Containerization: Docker
• Container orchestration: Kubernetes
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps
• Identity brokerage: Keycloak

• Load balancing: NGINX
• CI/CD Pipelines: Azure DevOps
• Requirements: Jira
• Documentation: Confluence
