What will be your role In this role, you will join an experienced equipa working on a large-scale project in the telecommunications sector, contributing to the development of digital platforms with high impact and visibility. Your main responsibilities will include:

Designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. Ensuring the availability, performance, and resilience of production systems, following SRE best practices. Defining, monitoring, and improving KPIs, SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to meet reliability and performance targets. Implementing and managing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and alerting systems. Proactively identifying and addressing reliability risks, performance bottlenecks, and scalability issues. Contributing to architectural decisions with a strong focus on reliability, observability, and operational excellence. Ensuring systems follow security, compliance, and operational best practices in cloud environments. Availability to work in a hybrid model, based in Lisbon, at the client's office. What should you bring to the team +3 years of proven work experience in a Site Reliability Engineering, or similar role. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar area. Strong experience with Microsoft Azure , including Azure Monitor and Application Insights. Solid understanding of monitoring, KPIs, alerting, and incident management. Experience supporting production systems in a hybrid or cloud-native environment. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, influence, and foster change collaboratively. A strong commitment to team collaboration and success.
