What You Will Be Doing

• Getting bogged down in mundane code maintenance cycles or troubleshooting minor bugs in existing systems
• Implementing conventional software features that don't leverage or advance our AI integration strategyyour focus will remain on transformative applications, not incremental development
  
  

Lead AI Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your engineering mastery to orchestrate a paradigm shift in development velocity, dramatically reduce human error rates, and establish new benchmarks for code qualitydirectly contributing to accelerated product launches and exceptional customer experiences
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 3-year track record of delivering high-impact engineering initiatives that demonstrate your ability to drive meaningful technical outcomes
• Hands-on experience with modern GenAI code assistance platforms such as Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev, with demonstrated proficiency in maximizing their potential
• Proven success stories implementing Generative AI solutions that solved real business challenges or created measurable technical advantages
• Practical expertise working across diverse Large Language Models (including GPT, Claude, and Mistral) with the ability to strategically select and apply the right model for specific business objectives

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
