The project

We are seeking a .NET + AI Developer to work on a project for a Financial Company.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Platform Development: Design, build, and maintain internal AI platforms and tools from code generation and translation features to automated backlog creation, chatbots, and IDE integrations;
• Backend & Infrastructure: Develop and maintain scalable microservices and backend components supporting multi-purpose AI systems;
• Integration & Event Processing: Implement integrations using Kafka for event communication and processing;
• No-Code AI Platform: Contribute to the evolution of Agent Lab, a no-code platform that allows users to create and customize AI agents by combining LLM modules;
• RAG and Data Integration: Develop solutions connecting AI agents to diverse data sources using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enable accurate and context-aware responses;
• Innovation & Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into scalable solutions and continuously improve platform performance and user experience.

You need to have the following skills/experience:

• Software Engineering Expertise: Strong background in backend development with .NET (preferred) or Java;
• Microservices Architecture: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with microservice-based systems;
• AI & GenAI Knowledge: Familiarity and interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and applied AI techniques;
• RAG Implementation: Experience integrating data sources and applying RAG methods in production environments;
• Event-Driven Systems: Experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming technologies is a plus.
