Skills And Experiences

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields.
• Extensive experience in artificial intelligence, with an emphasis on generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools and platforms, such as Azure AI.
• Proven experience in leadership and management of technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced English level, both written and spoken (C1).

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage generative AI projects from conceptualization to implementation and deployment
• Coordinate and supervise the technical team, fostering a collaborative and professional development environment.
• Design and implement AI models and solutions using Python and related tools.
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in AI and Microsoft technologies to integrate best practices into projects.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
